The SU App is operated by the AUC Student Union Technology Team ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the SU App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Authentication is handled through Google Sign-In, and we do not store user passwords. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized administrators of the AUC Student Union Technology Team.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing companies. User information is only accessed by authorized administrators when necessary to operate and maintain the App.
Users may request deletion of their SU App account and associated personal data at any time. Account deletion requests are currently handled manually.
To request deletion, please send an email to sutech@aucegypt.edu from the email address associated with your account. Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and related personal information from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention may be required for administrative or legal purposes.
The App is intended for university students and staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If such information is discovered, it will be removed promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When updates are made, the revised policy will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly.
